A simple yet flavour curry of lamb cooked with tomatoes

Spring Lamb 800 grams
Oil

Bay leaves

Green cardamoms

Preparation Method
Clean, wash and cut mutton into half inch pieces on the bone.Heat oil, add bay leaves, green cardamoms, black cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, black peppercorns and onions. Sauté till onions turn golden.
Add ginger paste, garlic paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric powder and sauté for two to three minutes.
Add mutton pieces, cook for some time and then add two cups of water. When the mixture comes to a boil, cover, reduce heat and cook till mutton is almost done.
Add tomatoes and salt and continue cooking till mutton is soft.
