The Patel family has owned and managed a highly successful curry house - Ami’s Tandoori for the past decade or so. Due to its authentic Indian cuisine, the restaurant has been a huge success with the locals of Wiltshire. In fact, the restaurant is so popular, many of its customers visit regularly from as far as London, Southampton and Wales to enjoy the delicacies offered by it. Inspired by his mother Kamla’s cooking, Fred has named the business after her.
