Kamla Cuisine was started in Swindon, Wiltshire by enterprising businessman, restaurateur and a complete foodie, Fred Patel in 2009. In the past, Fred has bought many businesses and turned them into success stories. One such venture is the family owned and managed curry house - Ami’s Tandoori. Originally a Chinese Eatery, this was swiftly converted into a highly successful, fully licensed Indian restaurant about 10 years ago. Today it has become so popular, many of its customers travel regularly from far off places in order to dine at Fred’s popular Swindon based curry house. Kamla Cuisine is started in order to provide ready to eat authentic Indian food to customers throughout the United Kingdom.
